Economics - Labor Strikes
Getting Started:
- Select high quality resources. Evaluate all for authority, accuracy, audience/agenda, and currency.
- When using the databases or catalogs try to determine the subject headings (librarians' keywords) assigned to the topic.

- While in the Catalog, try Webpath express to find some educator evaluated websites about your topic.

Browse Subjects (along orange bar under Power search header) related to Strikes.

Examine the related terms and subdivisions.

Note the number of results (documents in each).

When you click on a term, the results will be displayed. Click on the Books tab for books.

- Do an Advanced Search under the Power search header on the orange bar
- Use boolean operator, And, Or, Not to combine search terms.
- * is a truncation symbol that allows for multiple word endings, agricultur* will yield results with agriculture, agriculture's, and agricultural.
- When you click on Search, your results will be displayed. Click on the Books tab for books.
